Clean Skies News talks to Energy Minister of Northwest Territories Bob McLeod, on his efforts to promote natural gas in a carbon-contstrained world. McLeod suggests natural gas pipelines running through Canada, as well as areas of shale gas in the U.S. and Canada, could reduce the need for additional deep water drilling projects in Canadian waters with arctic ice.
